
Strategic Sourcing Manager - General & Administrative Spend

Compensation : $115k-130k plus bonus

Position Overview:
As a Strategic Sourcing Manager specializing in General & Administrative (G&A) spend, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing procurement strategies and managing supplier relationships across various indirect categories. Reporting to the Associate Director of Indirect Strategic Sourcing, you'll contribute to driving cost efficiencies while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service for our G&A spend.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives tailored to G&A categories, including but not limited to facilities, professional services, IT, marketing, and other indirect spend areas.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies with company objectives.
Conduct market analysis, supplier evaluations, and negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts that drive cost savings without compromising quality or service.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and risk mitigation within the G&A procurement process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering partnerships that promote innovation, reliability, and value creation.
Drive compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in procurement practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, preferably within the consumer products industry, with a focus on G&A spend categories.
Proven track record of successfully managing strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiating contracts, and delivering cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
