About the Role:
As the Corporate Controller, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance. This is a high-visibility role where you will drive process improvements, enhance financial controls, and contribute to strategic initiatives to support the companyβs growth.
Key Responsibilities:
β Lead and oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, general ledger management, month-end close, and internal controls
β Develop and implement best-in-class financial processes and automation strategies
β Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies
β Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow, cost controls, and financial planning
β Lead a high-performing accounting team, providing mentorship and development opportunities
β Collaborate with the CFO on M&A activities, financial strategy, and forecasting
β Manage external audits and liaise with auditors, tax professionals, and external stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile:
π― 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including corporate controllership in a mid-to-large-sized company
π― CPA or CMA preferred (but not required)
π― Experience in manufacturing, technology, or professional services industries preferred. Ideal candidate would also have experience working within a venture capital / private
π― Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
π― Expertise in ERP systems and financial automation tools
π― Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing high-performing teams
